, has developed an antibiotic policy for the treatment of infections. The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines for the use of antibiotics, to improve patient care, and reduce the prevalence of antimicrobial-resistant microorganisms.
The guidelines are based on the latest available information on the subject, as well as the results of recent clinical trials.
