The app will analyze the magnetic activity surrounding the device. If the magnetic activity resembles that of a camera, the app will emit a beep and raise an alarm, prompting you to further investigate.
To determine the sensor position on your phone, face the app's sensor towards the object. You can do this by using any camera and moving it near the top and bottom of your phone. When the app emits a beep, you have found the sensor position.
In addition to the magnetometer feature, the app includes an infrared camera detector. Open this tool and scan for white light on the screen that is invisible to the naked eye. The presence of such white light indicates infrared light, which could signify an infrared camera.
