One notable difference in regards to RandoChat is that no data is stored after it is sent. This includes both images and text messages. So, a greater degree of security is present. However, it is still possible to add other users to a 'favourites' list and if necessary, certain individuals are able to be blocked from further contact. The most recent version was updated on 20 December 2016, so many previous UI issues have been addressed. RandoChat is able to work in conjunction with other third-party software packages without any type of interference.
Additional Options
This package can be used as a dating app or simply as a means to talk to other people. Users have the choice of uploading a photo to their profile page or choosing an existing emoticon. Other metrics such as gender, nicknames and age ranges can be modified.
