Undead Slayer is a 3D action game that is set in ancient China. It is basically The
Romance of the Three Kingdoms
with a zombie twist to it. It is set during the warring period wherein the land has been overrun by the undead. You play as a wandering warrior that is tasked with traversing the land and cleansing it of the hordes of monsters that plagues it.
Undead Slayer features
more than 90 levels
spanning its entire map. Each stage has
waves of enemies
that you will need to face and survive to progress. Controls have been
optimized for touch input
and are easy to learn. Tap anywhere and your character will automatically attack any enemy it encounters along the way. You can
double-tap
to dodge and
activate skills
by selecting their corresponding on-screen buttons.
Various items, as well as
HP and Skill orbs
will drop randomly
during battles, and this is one area where the game could use improvement. Since your character acts autonomously, it will often prioritize fighting enemies over collecting items at any given moment. This is rather
unintuitive and clunky
considering there's only a small duration before drops disappear, with you often missing out on rare drops.
