How to start a remote session:
The first thing you need to do is
download
and install
the Zoho Assist
- Customer app on your device.
Then you will be sent an email by the app that contains a link to the remote session. You need to click the link and open the app to be able to start the remote session.
You will be given the option to choose between a screen-sharing session or a chat session.
Screen-sharing session:
In this mode, the technician will be able to see your screen and share the screen of the device with you.
Chat session:
In this mode, you will be able to communicate with the technician through chat and audio.
